Do you ship internationally?

-No. At the moment we only ship within the USA

 

How can I exchange/return my item?

-We only accept returns if the item(s) is damaged due to an issue that occurred on our end. If you are exchanging the item, it must be sent in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for any damaged or lost item in transit.

 

How do I track my order?

-Upon purchasing your item(s), you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, to the email you provided during checkout.

 

What are your delivery options?

-We offer 3-5 day shipping (unless otherwise stated in the item's description) and next day shipping for an extra cost.

 

How can I cancel my order?

-Once your purchase has been completed, you will not be able to change your shipping address, edit or cancel your order. If you've made a mistake when providing your information, you may contact us via email to get your issue sorted before shipping your item(s).
